Create and book timed add-ons for smoother, more precise scheduling

Need extra time for cupping, hot stones, or foot scrubs? Now you can add set durations to service add-ons so every session runs smoothly—right down to the minute.

Previously, add-ons couldn't include time. That meant you'd either manually build extra time into the main service—or leave it off the schedule and just wing it. Definitely not ideal.

With this premium feature, available exclusively on Amplify, you can accurately create, schedule, and deliver enhanced services without any guessing games or backtracking. Plus, you can even assign timed add-ons to select staff members only to ensure your clients get the right service from the right provider.

To create a timed add-on, go to Setup > Service Menu > Add New > Add-on w/ Duration.

When a client books a timed add-on, the appointment block on your schedule will automatically include the duration. No gaps. No overlaps. No more wondering how you'll squeeze it in. From a 10-minute post-session stretch to a 15-minute scalp massage, it all fits perfectly into your day.

Now you can let staff create SOAP notes without giving them full access to client records and choose if they see contact info on the schedule.

To modify and apply these new permissions per staff, go to Setup > Staff > Staff Settings > Permissions.
